國安3年前握情資　張顯耀涉洩密還一路升官

陸委會前特任副主委張顯耀涉國安洩密案，傳出國安系統3年前已掌握他涉洩密給中國等相關情資，張顯耀在該期間仍升官。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，據悉，陸委會對張顯耀開鍘的「檢舉信」，傳是國安系統近3年來對張監聽的譯文節略本。但國安監聽張顯耀應會層層上報至國安會，甚至是總統府，但黨政高層卻讓他一路升任到陸委會特任副主委、兼任海基會副董事長，還是兩岸事務談判的我方首席代表。

消息人士研判，國安系統未收網，可能是當時是否洩密，仍待判斷及查證，另一方面，有可能是欲擒故縱，藉此進行「反情報運用」。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
