歐巴馬：21世紀沒有伊斯蘭國的位置

美國記者佛里（James Foley）遭「伊斯蘭國」聖戰分子斬首，美國總統歐巴馬剛剛在白宮發表演說。歐巴馬稱，美國民眾皆為此心碎，他也譴責「伊斯蘭國」屠殺平民的倒行逆施，對「伊斯蘭國」更嗆他們在二十一世紀根本沒有位置，就算發生此等憾事，美國仍不會停止與其對抗，暗指「伊斯蘭國」必定會被剿滅。

歐巴馬稱「伊斯蘭國」不代表任何宗教、是毒瘤、不會被任何秉持公義的神所認同。他除為其他與家人分離的美國人祈禱，也呼籲國際社會合力剷除「伊斯蘭國」。美國也無懼「伊斯蘭國」威脅，表示並未停止在伊拉克的空襲行動，稍後美軍也將進行另一輪空襲。（李忠謙／綜合外電報導）
