南韓老兵虐死新兵　要他學狗爬舔地

南韓士兵屢次出現發狂開槍或自殺事件，經調查後恐與老兵虐待有關。一名南韓士兵今年4月在部隊內被毆打致死事件，經深入調查後，發現南韓軍隊內老兵欺凌新兵情況嚴重，本次慘劇只是冰山一角。

南韓軍隊人權中心指出，被虐致死的士兵平時說話較慢，行動也比較遲緩，因而入伍後每天都遭到老兵和部隊幹部毆打和虐待。該士兵有時被打暈後，老兵會為其注射葡萄糖使其恢復意識，之後繼續虐打。此外，老兵的虐待招數也層出不窮，例如曾經強迫他學狗舔地。

事發當天，老兵由晚上9時開始虐打他，一直到凌晨2點。第二天睡醒後又再打，經過幾個小時的虐打，該士兵終於被打死。調查發現老兵也有欺負其他新兵，經常讓他們半蹲到凌晨3點，還強迫新兵吃下整支牙膏。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
