無痛血尿誤為上火 檢查發現膀胱癌

83歲、老菸槍的柯姓男子血尿幾個月了，但沒有痛感，情況偶而好轉，他一直以為是天氣太熱「上火」，不願就醫。最近檢查赫然發現竟是「泌尿上皮癌」。

台中大甲李綜合醫院泌尿科醫師余明螢今天指出，檢查尿液裡有不正常紅血球堆積，超音波明顯看出有巨大膀胱腫瘤，估計是第三期膀胱泌尿上皮癌。

余明螢指出，危險因子包括抽菸、長時間暴露在化學染劑、寄生蟲感染（如血絲蟲病）、反覆結石或洗腎患者都是高風險群。發現尤其是無痛性的血尿，一定要盡速就診。
