管線是否殘留丙烯？　李長榮：應該沒有了

高雄市政府今天上午在災害應變中心招開石化氣爆災害防救第8次工作會議時，要求被市府環保局認定為氣爆元凶的李長榮化工必須派代表到場說明；李長榮工程師指出，「管線應該已無丙烯的殘存。」
 
災害應變中心指揮官、高雄市長陳菊當場詢問李長榮代表：「我們要了解李長榮管線是否還殘留丙烯？」
 
李長榮化工代表工程師鍾明智表示，「31號發生時，也有把管線的氣體送回大社廠工廠做燃燒的動作，這條管線應該沒有丙烯的殘存，但會進一步清查和查證」。
 
會議結束後，工程師鍾明智步出大門，欲搭電梯時，媒體擋住電梯追問，「發現有異常為何不停止？」鍾明智支吾說：「這件事公司會說明」，媒體問：「為何會叫中石化加壓？管線破線的問題」，媒體再追問，「請問甚麼都不知道嗎？甚麼都狀況外。鍾明智未回答，電梯門隨後關上」。（石秀華／高雄報導）
