A. B. 產業 工具機零組件 工具製造業 職位內容 理貨人員 倉管人員 薪資 26K 25K 上班時間 08:00~17:00 08:00~17:00 地點 兩者差不多 兩者差不多 休假 週休二日 週休二日 (常態性加班有加班費) (加班頻率不高) 優點 1.福利較優 1.福利還可以基本的都有 2.大公司 2.生活較正常 缺點 1.工時較高 1.小公司 較沒發展空間(?) 2.每天要把貨出完 2.相較之下薪水較少 壓力應該不小 私立大學經濟系畢 社會新鮮人工作經驗少數 對業務工作沒興趣 生平無大志安安穩穩過就好 前幾天去A公司面試 才見識到所謂的大公司 面試過程中強調滿操的 但公司制度健全還有升遷制度(轉部門..等) 期望薪水我只寫25K 最後給我26K 不過在意是常態性加班 而且周六也有可能會加 至於B公司 因為面試表現很差 結束後覺得沒辦法錄取就沒去多想 結果今天忽然打來說錄取 兩者之間其實就是 一個加班量很大 但領的多 另一個就是生活正常這樣 因為想盡早回覆公司 所以上來問一下各位的意見 謝謝 !! -- 女孩喜歡讓她笑的男孩，卻不會愛上男孩 女孩不喜歡哭，卻愛上讓她哭的人..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.230.1.249 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1406867326.A.962.html
