江揆出庭，警部署百名警力戒備

台北地院法官下午傳喚江宜樺、王卓鈞等人出庭應訊，說明323警民流血衝突的強制驅離決策過程及方式，已有公投盟蔡丁貴、黑島青、反服貿、反核、台獨等多個團體到現場抗議，北市警局成立「0730專案」，動員120名警力防止脫序行為發生。

因台北市警局長黃昇勇、中正一分局長方仰寧也名列被告，現場指揮官由中正一分局兩名副分局長擔任，市警局強調，出庭的當事人包括警察，警方不會動員大量警力，現場不架設拒馬，但出現暴力行為，警方將以現行犯逮捕
