台菲聯手 破獲跨境詐騙集團

台菲兩國警方日前聯手在菲律賓破獲跨境電信詐欺集團，逮捕了44名嫌犯，專案小組表示，這個集團是利用境外設立機房，向大陸民眾詐騙。其中有42人是台灣籍，刑事局經過協調之後，今天順利將他們押解回台。

刑事局國際科是和菲律賓警方接獲情資，有電信詐欺集團在菲國中部地區離島的怡朗市，設立機房向大陸民眾詐騙，他們是假冒偵辦洗錢案件的公安、司法人員，要求被害人將存款轉到指定帳戶監管，誘騙成功之後，就透過車手將贓款提領一空。

兩國警方組成專案小組，著手蒐證，確認嫌犯藏匿地點，前往這兩處豪宅執行攻堅，順利將集團44名嫌犯逮捕，其中42人是台灣籍，還包括一名涉傷害致死罪的朱姓通緝犯，經過雙方協調之後，刑事局幹員三十一號將台灣籍詐欺犯押解回台，偵訊之後將移送地檢署繼續偵辦。
