復航失事究責 沈啟：聽候發落絕不戀棧

復興航空班機在澎湖失事，上午在立法院引發民進黨立委李昆澤等人批評，認為民航局未積極改善馬公等機場的導航設施，且當日天候惡劣，當日傍晚已知有雷雨苞，各機場同步收到，民航單位卻仍違反標準作業流程放飛，他要求交通部、民航局負起責任。民航局長沈啟回應表示，她正率領所有同仁為此案善後，但若有任何責任，她絕不戀棧、聽候發落。
