恐怖！　3成4豆製品含過量防腐劑或殺菌劑

食品藥物管理署上午公布6月份的6縣市豆干、豆腐及相關業者的稽查結果，不符規定的比率相當高，58件產品有20件不合格，不合格率約34%，21家業者有16家不符衛生規範，不合格率高達76.2%。
 
在20件不合格食品中，有15件添加過量防腐劑，有5件被檢出過量殺菌劑。
 
在16家不合格業者中，則因食品添加物未列專冊管理、無法提供檢體資料等，遭轄區衛生局要求改正，其中14家已改正，1家已停止營業（台中市天光玉豆腐工廠），1家仍待複查（桃園縣大溪鎮美福龍豆干廠）。
 
食藥署表示，上述不合格產品，添加過量防腐劑的問題最大，建議民眾勿購買癌色過白的豆干、豆腐，盡量挑選冷藏產品，降低食入防腐劑風險。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
