日電廠前高層爆料　曾向7首相行賄

現年91歲的日本關西電力前副社長內藤千百里近日爆料，稱過去關西電力曾經向7位首相行賄，平均每年要提供1千多萬日圓(約新台幣300多萬元)的政治獻金給各個首相。

據日本《朝日新聞》報導，內藤千百里說，他每年向整個政界提供的資金多達數億日元，這些資金用於推進核電廠政策、發展電力公司等用途。而他也說，關西電力曾向田中角榮、三木武夫、福田赳夫、大平正芳、鈴木善幸、中曾根康弘、竹下登等7名前首相提供政治獻金，目前除了中曾根康弘，其他人均已過世。

內藤也說，雖然日本法律在1974年宣布廢止政治獻金，「但如果與政治家為敵，什麼都做不了」，他稱政治獻金依舊在暗處進行著。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
