聯國要日承擔慰安婦問題　日稱沒有義務

聯合國人權事務委員會上周在瑞士日內瓦呼籲，日本要為二戰時期的慰安婦問題承擔責任。不料日本卻以時效問題，稱沒有義務承擔。
 
《新華網》報導，聯合國人權事務委員會上周四（24日）敦促，日本須確保慰安婦問題得到公正獨立的調查，並對受害婦女公開道歉。日本外務省表示，人權事務委員會在慰安婦問題上援引《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》，但日本1979年才加入該公約。外務省官員說，該公約不應適用於發生在1979年之前的問題，包括慰安婦問題。
 
據歷史學家統計，二戰時期有多達20萬婦女被迫成為日本軍性奴，她們多來自中國、朝鮮半島、印尼、台灣及其他亞洲國家。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
