放天燈燒毀帳篷　店長嗆「讓你無法生存」

天燈惹的禍！新北市1名高姓天燈業者，去年6月23日替顧客放天燈時，天燈飛到林男經營的咖啡店上，不慎燒毀店家帳篷，林男氣得椅子堵在高男店家門口，嗆聲說「要讓你無法生存！」3天後，林男又前往高男店家，要求索賠未果，竟摔壞高男手機，高男憤而提告。
 
檢方調查，平溪放天燈風向無法控制，認為高男並非刻意燒毀帳篷，手機摔毀部分，是因為2人拉扯不慎摔壞，並非刻意摔壞。日全案偵辦終結，予以林男不起訴處份。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
