LINE嗆「來借種的」　毆打妻子惡男遭訴

遇上惡丈夫！基隆市1名30歲廖姓男子，去年10月23日晚間8時許，在住家2樓發生口角，廖男憤而抓子妻子雙臂，並壓制在沙發上，導致妻子雙臂瘀傷；1個月後，妻子訴請離婚後，廖男又在LINE的公開狀態上，打上「遇到騙子來界種的」、「嫁到哪都只是個禍害」等字眼，妻子憤而提告。
 
日前全案偵辦終結，檢方依傷害罪嫌起訴廖男，妨害名譽部分因廖男在LINE狀態上，並無指名道姓，檢方予與不起訴處份。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
