中經院：今年成長轉強 明年GDP估3.2%

中華經濟研究院上修今年經濟成長率至3.15%，較4月預估值增加0.1個百分點。中經院經濟展望中心主任劉孟俊表示，2015年經濟成長動能可望較今年再轉強，預測明年全年成長率為3.2%。

中經院認為下半年的預測風險，包括地緣政治危機與新興市場國家成長動能趨緩，中國大陸經濟減緩，且兩岸產業競爭加劇、電力結構脆弱化，以及貿易條件惡化。
