日曬後灌冰水、躲冷氣房　也會中暑

全台氣溫一再飆高，毒辣太陽會咬人，但日曬後馬上躲進冷氣房仍會中暑。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，中醫師表示，一般人所知中暑是指「陽暑」，在太陽底下曬到中暑；但是上班族卻容易得陰暑，多是曬完大太陽後，直接進冷氣房。醫師提醒，天熱忌諱猛灌冰水，補充水分最好等退冰了再喝，滿身大汗直接灌冰水，會讓熱氣留在體內出不來，還會畏風、甚至流鼻血。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
