南山3.81億取得新北市地上權

南山人壽公告，以3.81億元權利金，取得新北市「樹林樹新段公有土地招商案」50年地上權。

南山人壽表示，取得該筆土地地上權，是進行不動產投資，後續會依投標規定，與新北市政府經濟發展局簽訂興建營運契約，並分別與財政部國有財產署北區分署及台灣桃園農田水利會簽訂設定地上權契約。

南山表示，該筆地上權，坐落在新北市樹林區樹新段，土地面積約3,171.71坪。
