「脆弱國家指數」　南蘇丹居冠

美國外交雜誌《外交政策》和研究機構「和平基金」26日發布2014年世界各國「脆弱國家指數」（Fragile States Index，FSI）排行榜，南蘇丹以112.9分在178個國家中位居榜首。

《外交政策》與和平基金自2005年起，每年根據政府的控制力、人權、治安、經濟狀況等12項指標，評估各國的不穩定程度並發表排名。從今年起，將其名稱從以前的「失敗國家指數」（The Failed States Index）改為「脆弱國家指數」（Fragile States Index），該指數愈高，國家的不穩定程度愈高，滿分為120分。

結果南蘇丹以112.9分在178個國家中位居榜首，索馬利亞以112.6分緊隨其後排第2，北韓在亞洲國家中「名列前茅」，以94分排第26，日本、南韓以36.3分及36.4分，分別排157名及156名，中國則以79分排第68。

另外，芬蘭在難民人數、經濟衰退、政治獨裁和經濟發展不均等各評分項目平均得1.56分，以18.7分在178國中，為最穩定的國家。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
