中國重劃新地圖　南海都是領土

中國官方昨天發布新版地圖，使得南海爭議區域上的無數島礁，看起來更像是中國領土，進一步強化中國在南海主權訴求，遭外媒評為擴張主義。
 
過去中國地圖中，常將南海諸島放在角落小方框中，但新版地圖卻改為直豎，直接呈現整張地圖。中國官媒稱，傳統的中國地圖使南海諸島更像是附屬物，而非國家不可分割的一部分，而新版地圖則讓這一點一目了然，圖中也將台灣畫為中國領土的一部分。路透也報導此事，稱新版地圖讓中國在南海主權上，獲得更大掌握。
 
菲律賓外交部發言人則說，「單憑地圖不足以索討領土主權，因為如果這樣就可以的話，那麼大家都來畫地圖就好了。」北京當局宣稱，南海90%的面積為其領土，但菲律賓、越南、馬來西亞、汶萊等也宣稱部分富含能源的海域為自己的領土。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
