狗鍊、電擊棒伺候　計程車煞星被逮

北市1名29歲廖姓男子，今年3月25日偷了1輛機車代步，當天清晨攔了計程車，佯稱到新北市萬里區訪友，車輛開到偏郊時，廖嫌拿出拇指扣，威脅李姓運將自己扣上，再拿電擊棒電擊，運將奪門而出，廖嫌開著計車追趕，討回拇指扣後駕車逃離，途中又一度加霸王油，廖嫌食髓知味。2天後，以同樣手法在北市搭計程車到萬里區，又持電擊棒搶走林姓運將身上8千元，廖嫌不滿足，運將被迫向友人調了5萬元應急贖車，上月6日廖嫌口袋只剩500元，再度攔了計程車後，用狗鍊勒頸、拇指扣控制運將，搶了2千多元，並開走計程車要勒贖五萬元，運將大喊：「搶劫！」被警方制伏，廖嫌坦承前2案，檢方依強盜罪起訴，並建請法官加重其刑。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
