日醫生搞錯病例　女乳房無辜遭切除

日本兵庫縣一家醫院，竟然將2名女病人的病歷搞錯，導致患良性腫瘤的女病人乳房被切除。

《日本新聞網》報導，日本高砂市民醫院醫生，誤將患有良性腫瘤和乳癌的女病人病歷弄錯，導致前者乳房被切除。該院昨天（16日）召開記者會，指這是不應該有的錯誤，對為病人帶來的痛苦和困擾，表示歉意。院方目前正調查事件起因。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
