海外就醫健保給付　中國遭核退件數最多

中央健保署上午公布去年因緊急傷病在海外就醫的相關統計，總案件約12萬件，該署共核退金額約3.23億元，較前一年成長約4％，其中以中國核退件數(占8成)及金額(占7成)為最大宗。
 
經分析，境外最常發生的前3名傷病，依金額來看，門診為急性上呼吸道感染(占31%)、透析(占10%)及急性支氣管炎(占7%)，住院則為腦出血(占12%)、骨折(占7%)及肺炎(占6%)；如依件數來看，門診為急性上呼吸道感染(占33%)、急性支氣管炎(占7%)及牙齒相關疾病(占6%)，住院則為生產(占8%)、肺炎(占6%)及腦出血(占5%)。
 
健保署指，如在國外發生不可預期緊急傷病，可在門、急診治療當日或出院日起6個月內，向投保單位所在地的健保署分區業務組申請核退費用，核退金額採核實支付，並以每季支付國內醫學中心的平均費用為上限，最近一季(今年4至6月)上限，門診每次2022元、急診每次3351元、住院每日7640元。(邱俊吉／台北報導)
