看好貨運　中航7/1成立中航空運

中航（2610）今舉行股東會，會中通過每股配發現金股息1.5元，並將於7月1日將成立中航空運，董事長彭蔭剛說，看好貨運市場後續發展，新公司主要負責承攬空運業務。

根據規劃，中航空運資本額約在3000萬美元，目標1年半至2年營收可達到1億元，之後再朝向年營收5億元邁進。

至於本業部分，中航近期訂購3艘新船，明年將先交1艘，由於訂購價格相當不錯，平均低於市場價格5000萬美元，隨著市場景氣復甦，將有助提前貢獻獲利。對於今年市場，總經理洪順地則分析，全年會較去年好。（陳慜蔚／台北報導）
