本土社團倡議制新憲　廢考監2院

立法院臨時會將處理考監委人事案，不過由多個本土社團組成的制憲行動聯盟今舉行記者會呼籲台灣應制訂新憲法。台灣社社長張炎憲說，他也強調，制新憲要採行政、立法、司法3權分立，要廢除考試院、監察院，才符合世界潮流。

新台灣國策智庫董事長吳榮義說，《中華民國憲法》是為整個中國制訂的，雖然台灣7次修憲，但還是無法因應台灣政治經濟的發展，且馬政府一直往中國傾斜，讓台灣往中國越走越近，必須制訂新憲法才是根本解決之道。

張炎憲說，馬英九擔任總統以來毀憲亂政，且傾中立場導致和中國談判節節失利，對內違法亂紀，對外喪失主權，導致國際上忽視台灣，因此必須制訂新憲法才能挽救國家危機。（黃揚明／台北報導）
