正義哥攔肇逃　同車2醉男互推責

台北市長春路與林森北路口，今晚7時許發生1起車禍，1名在女騎士遭轉彎車撞倒，肇事汽車欲逃走時，被3名正義哥當場攔下，警方隨後也趕抵現場，但肇事車輛上2名酒醉男子卻否認駕車，互相指控對方才是駕駛，警方將他們一併帶回警局酒測並釐清誰才是駕駛。

目擊者表示，事發時蔡姓女騎士在機車區內停等紅綠燈，突然有輛汽車左轉衝過來，讓蔡女來不及反應遭撞倒，原本肇事車輛疑似要逃走，就被其他騎士與路人攔下，但車上2人滿身酒味，下車後不斷問：「要賠多少？我給妳！」

警方到場後這2男皆否認駕車，不斷指稱是對方開車，還向警方表示賠錢就可以走了吧！隨即掏錢欲和解了事，2人在馬路旁鬧劇約20分鐘，直到警方大聲喝斥：「酒駕是公訴罪！」2人才乖乖上警車被帶回派出所。（余思維／台北報導）
