日本政府為吸引各國富人消費，計劃6月公布新的觀光促進計劃，於今年內修改簽證制度，55歲以上、且年入約176萬元台幣且擁有2000萬元台幣資產的外籍人士，在日本每次最長居留時間，由目前規定90天延長到1年，以方便沒有永久居留權的外國人，可在日本置產「long stay」。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
