嚇阻囤積民生物資​　刑法修正將重罰

立法院院會今三讀通過修正《刑法》，意圖囤積包括糧食、農產品或其他民生必需飲食物品等，處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科30萬元以下罰金；意圖影響民生必需飲食物品等交易價格，而散布不實資訊者，處2年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科20萬元以下罰金。

另外，三讀條文規定，冒用政府機關或公務員名義；3人以上共同犯之；以廣播電視、電子通訊、網際網路或其他媒體等傳播工具，對公眾散布而犯之，處1年以上7年以下有期徒刑，得併科100萬元以下罰金。（陳培煌╱台北報導）
