奈國炸彈攻擊百死　​​我外交部籲勿前往

外交部晚間表示，西非奈及利亞中部高原州首府喬斯市本月20日發生汽車炸彈攻擊事件，造成118人死亡。喬斯市位於奈國首都阿布加的東北方，此事凸顯奈國治安有惡化的趨勢，外交部提醒國人避免非必要赴奈國商旅；外交部目前維持奈及利亞全境「橙色」旅遊警示燈號，並建議國人倘非必要避免前往。

外交部指出，奈及利亞預定明年2月舉行大選，大選前夕，恐怖組織攻擊、宗教種族仇殺、綁架及搶劫等案件均因政治勢力介入而更加複雜及惡化，請欲前往奈國的國人高度小心，避免非必要赴奈國旅遊。國人在奈期間，若遇緊急情況，請即與我駐奈及利亞代表處聯繫，24小時直撥緊急聯絡電話號碼為+234-8065604004；奈國境內直撥：08065604004。（陳培煌╱台北報導）
