台南鳳凰木傾倒　壓傷兩名騎士

台南市永康區小東路一棵高約6公尺的鳳凰木，今日晚間近10時突然傾倒，壓傷兩名路過的機車騎士，消防隊獲報趕抵現場，將兩人分送成大醫院及國軍台南醫院，並派員排除傾倒路樹。警方初步研判，鳳凰木是因遭白蟻啃蝕樹幹，再加上近日豪雨，才會在無風無雨的情況下傾倒。
 
警方表示，傾倒鳳凰木是在永康區小東路的憲兵隊前方，樹高約6公尺，傾倒時剛好壓到兩名機車騎士。傷者一人是18歲女子，右手臂挫傷，舉不起來；另名傷者是34歲男性騎士，肩膀疼痛，身體多處擦傷，所幸送醫後均無大礙，依法2人都可向台南市政府申請國賠。（劉榮輝／台南報導）
