今天陳偉殷延續前場配球模式，使用了4成的變化球，其中佔比例半數的變速球狀況依舊犀利，好球率逼近85﹪。前三局陳偉殷猶如滾地球大師上身，在直球、變速球和曲球交互使用下，9個出局數裡拿下高達8個滾地球出局，第一局大量使用直球也顯示他今天速球的狀況尾勁均佳，前三局只花費了44球。第五局起雖然仍能有效壓低球路，可惜壞球率開始偏高，另外因球威減弱與打者漸趨耐心導致頻頻被打出界外球，因而未能投完6局便下場，是這場比賽唯一的缺失。
