4月證交稅增　土增稅北冷南熱

資金由房轉股？土增稅4月北冷南熱！財政部統計處副處長許瑞琳指出，4月土增稅徵起件數雙北市減少，台中市、台南市與高雄市仍是正成長。
 
而股市回溫，4月證交稅實徵80億元，較去年同期增28億元，增幅55.3%；1~4月實徵淨額287億元，較同期增78億元，增幅37.2%。4月土增稅徵起件數則下滑1%，也是1年多以來首度減少，1~4月土增稅仍小幅成長4.9%。
 
4月稅收實徵淨額969億元，較去年同月減少47億元。累計1~4月實徵淨額4310億元，較去年同期增加180億元。
 
1~4月以證交稅增加78億元、綜所稅增加45億元、土增稅增加39億元較多，營所稅減少67億最多。
 
4月因退稅案件多，特別是金融業退稅，導致營所稅與營業稅實徵淨額都呈現負數，4月營所稅變成負66億元，台北市國稅局4月退稅給郵局39億元與4家金控16億元，共退了55億元。（林巧雁／台北報導）
