在目前公司待了超過4年，是部門的小組長 和同事和其他部門之間都培養出不錯的默契 不過公司經營上最好的情況已經過去 現在面臨轉型，但是前景未明 一個禮拜可能有三天加班到快八點半 常常要收拾前人留下的爛攤子進行善後 工作壓力也不算小，至少請假彈性多 說直接點就是制度不太完善 目前薪水30+n K，住家裡車程20分 以目前的職位和工作量，這個薪水有點低 因為公司最近虧損，以認定你的不可取代性來加薪留人 和當初跟我談的方式有明顯落差 後來接到另一家公司的offer 薪水應該有40K以上，但要到外地租房子 不過該公司是某大公司下成立的新事業 (老闆放話說要買下付22k薪水公司的那間) 我知道那間典型的工作壓力大 工作性質相同，但是新部門很多未知數 我的角色有點先撐起該部門，陸續會再招聘新人 如果和原公司談，他們願意幫我調薪的話 這樣我還是該走嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.164.170.41 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1399695782.A.BDF.html ※ 編輯: soloprince (218.164.170.41), 05/10/2014 12:23:23
