朱立倫談基本工資　企業應分享盈餘

新北市長朱立倫今天上午參加庇護工場「勝利重新加油站」揭幕活動，談到基本工資議題，他表示，基本工資僅是台灣整體工資問題的一環，更重要的是財富分配問題，政府除了對企業進行道德勸說，也應研究如何調整財稅制度，使企業在賺錢後更樂意與員工分享盈餘。

台灣各地生活條件與物價水準不同，是否該以全國一致的基本工資為基礎？還是由各地訂出不同的最低薪資？朱立倫說，因事涉本勞、外勞、同工不同酬、同酬不同工、勞保和健保等問題，這需要勞資雙方與政府討論才能創造三贏結果。
 
朱立倫以勝利重新加油站為例，該加油站為中油創造營收、為身心障礙者創造就業機會，也提供社會大眾更好的服務，這就是三贏的最好例子。（李定宇／新北報導）
