一周上一次廁所　樹獺滿肚屎尿

樹獺能夠倒掛攀在樹上一天，換做人類大概10分鐘就頭暈目眩了，到底牠們的身體藏著什麼祕密呢？
 
根據英國《獨立報》報導，樹獺一生中有90%的時間都吊掛著，但這種動作容易造成內臟移位。英國斯旺西大學（University of Swansea）研究發現，原來是因為牠們的身體臟器緊緊附著在體腔，才不會因為倒立而壓迫內臟。至於樹獺究竟有多「慢活」呢？研究人員稱，牠們可以花上一個月時間消化一片葉子，1分鐘爬約2公尺，1天睡上10小時以上。

此外，樹獺平均1周到地面上廁所一次，因此屎尿的重量占牠們的身體重量1/3。研究人員補充說，樹獺身體依據牠們的習性演化，因此內臟會在體腔內固定位置，而不會因為倒掛導致內臟移位壓迫到橫隔膜。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
