核四蓋完再封存　柯文哲：貪官想法

計畫參選台北市市長的台大醫師柯文哲今表示，核四廠建好再封存，「很像貪官汙吏的想法」，昨馬蘇會「只是罵來罵去而已」，「沒有解決問題」，就算核四真停建，也只是問題的開始，朝野都必須思考善後。

柯文哲上午到台北教育大學文創產業經營系畢業展致詞，他受訪時說，政府到現在都沒提出任何能源的因應政策，只逼著民眾往（建）核四的方向走，而政府提到建好封存的步驟，則有如貪官汙吏想法，感覺是各層把佣金都拿完後，再來封存，這邏輯很奇怪。

針對核能替代方案，柯文哲說，非核家園要做，但善後方案也要有，近期將推出台北用電零成長政策，包含透過綠建築等，尤其在夏天高溫期如何降低用電量，會是未來努力重點之一。（朱正庭／台北報導）
