不畏一夜大雨　立院靜坐民眾堅守

經過一夜休息，鎮守青島東路的反核民眾陸續起床，由於凌晨下起大雨，現場人數明顯減少許多，但仍有20多人在立院堅守。
 
公投盟工作人員表示，蔡丁貴教授今天凌晨1點多才離開，可能不會參加清晨的凱道路跑活動。若干特別早起的民眾說，他們會過去凱道參加活動，另一部分則仍在睡夢當中。（吳國仲／台北報導）
