雙北買房　信義、三峽區大樓半價住公寓

公寓有低公設、使用空間大的優勢，而大樓雖公設較高，但有管理員相對安全，民眾最關心的房價問題，據統計，雙北市公寓和大樓價差比較，發現台北市信義區價差49.0%最大、新北市林口區價差57.5%最大。

台灣房屋智庫統計2013年雙北市各區公寓與大樓產品的價差，北市大樓整體比公寓每坪貴14.6萬元，價差31.1%；新北市大樓比公寓貴4萬元，價差14.9%為北市一半。而公寓和大樓價差最大的行政區，北市信義區公寓每坪54.3萬元，大樓每坪80.9萬元，價差49%、新北市林口區公寓每坪15.3萬元，大樓每坪24.1萬元，價差57.5%。

台灣房屋智庫研究員洪佩君分析，信義、林口、三峽等區買大樓比公寓貴一半，顯示該區買公寓相對划算，對預算有限的購屋者是一種選擇。另外，北市中山區及新北土城區大樓和公寓價差比最低，這幾區可考慮大樓產品。（張菱育／台北報導）
