蘋果谷歌聯手壓低工資　臉書拒加好友

矽谷大公司求才若渴。但Google、蘋果（Apple）英特爾（intel）與Adobe等科技巨頭卻涉嫌聯手壓低工資，還同意不向對方公司挖角。不過，《華爾街日報》報導，最新法院文件顯示，至少有1家「菜鳥」公司堅持不同意加入其陣營，全球社群網站龍頭facebook（臉書）就拒絕了他們加入好友的請求。

下個月將審理的1起集體訴訟案中，Google等公司遭指控在2005~2009年間串連壓低工資，約6.4萬名員工要求獲得30億美元（約907億元台幣）的損害賠償。

消息人士指出，該案可能不會走到審判階段，但若不能達成和解，按照反托辣斯法的規定，30億美元的損害賠償可能會增至90億美元（約2721億元台幣），相當於每位員工獲得14萬美元（約423萬元台幣）。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
