留任員工　寶成調高東莞鞋廠社保金

製鞋業龍頭寶成（9904）在今天台股開盤前發布重訊表示，旗下裕元工業為了因應東莞高步鞋廠部分員工，在本周對調整員工福利金調整的訴求，並協助公司留任及招募員工，裕元將依照當地政府對社保及住房公積金（員工福利金）的相關規定，從5月1日起調整高步鞋廠的員工福利金。
 
寶成指出，裕元工業將繼續檢視公司的員工福利制度，而上述員工福利金調整，可能對裕元財務表現，構成相當程度的影響，詳細影響仍在評估中。
 
由寶成持股49.98%的裕元工業，是在港交所掛牌的重要子公司，也是寶成集團中負責代工生產各類運動鞋的重要事業。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
