馬英九提油澆火　學生怒提四訴求

馬英九總統上午舉行者會指控學生非法佔領議場，抗議學生表示感到憤怒與不以為意，罔顧民意，虛應民意。是馬政府違法在先，才會有學生佔領國會行動。林飛帆當場提出32字箴言聲明，「政令宣導、罔顧民意，既不民主，又無法治，先有條例，再來審議，給我民主。」

學生團體並提出最新四訴求：
一，召開公民憲政會議
二，退回服貿，本會期將兩岸監督條例法治化
三，本會期完成兩岸協議監督法制前，臺灣政府不得與中國簽任何協定或協議
四，呼籲朝野響應民間訴求，通過兩岸協議監督立法三讀
