歐巴馬下令　凍結11俄國與烏克蘭人資產

克里米亞在經過昨天(16日)的公投後，已經宣布獨立，並積極尋求加入俄羅斯聯邦，美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)，今天稍早已經簽署行政命令，立即凍結7名俄羅斯官員以及4名烏克蘭人、包括前總統亞努科維奇的資產。

另外，歐盟外長也宣布，同意制裁俄國及烏克蘭21名官員，包括凍結資產，以及禁發簽證。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
