台中法樂琪香料過期　衛生局開罰10萬元

知名法國連鎖餐廳法樂琪遭民眾檢舉湯頭標榜「天然」，其實是用粉調出來的，台中市衛生局昨晚前往稽查，並未發現菜單上有標示「天然」字樣，認為未涉及「廣告不實」；但稽查員意外發現餐廳廚房桌上一罐無鹽大蒜香草香料過期兩個月，當場依照違反《食品衛生安全法》開罰，衛生局長黃美娜表示將開罰10萬元。
 
另廚房新進員工未依照規定進行健康檢查，衛生局要求限期改善；還有進口牛肉未標示出處，也將依法開罰。台中法樂琪坦言，香料被查出過期，以及牛肉未標示出處等缺失都是廚房管理疏失，以後一定會改進。（曾雪蒨／台中報導）
