我因為軟骨磨損很嚴重，醫生有建議我吃第二型膠原蛋白+葡萄糖胺 但是我本身又有再吃補充皮膚變白緊實的膠原蛋白 我看板上有分享說膠原蛋白吃多可能會過敏 但是我軟骨的部分是一定要每天吃2~3包 那我還能同時再多吃1~2包幫助皮膚的膠原蛋白嗎? 如果沒過敏的狀況的話... 還是這樣量太多了反而通通補不成? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.112.145
