【動新聞】蛋糕師當內奸　勒索85度C

咖啡蛋糕連鎖店85度C驚傳遭恐嚇取財！去年1名簡姓女子(45歲)以應徵員工方式混入台中市豐原區廟東店，藉故偷拍店內蛋糕和偷錄和店長的對話，策劃向業者勒索66萬元。本周三歹徒取款時，警方一舉逮捕4名嫌犯，依恐嚇取財罪嫌送辦，但法官以證據不足將4人請回。檢方已提出即時抗告。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，警方調查，簡女同夥再用吃了蛋糕拉肚子、握有販賣過期蛋糕證據要向媒體揭發等舉動，恐嚇業者；《蘋果》今年1月接獲簡女投訴，指廟東店販售過期蛋糕；但因簡女拿不出實際證據，《蘋果》拒絕處理。此恐嚇犯罪集團涉嫌主腦是曾永豐（35歲），同夥是張祐祥（39歲，毒品前科）、張欽助（31歲，公共危險等前科）及有輕度精神障礙的簡女；另有2人在逃。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

簡女爆料稱，85度C將過期蛋糕（左圖，簡女提供）回收放入冷凍庫，準備重新上架。
