歐巴馬提新年度預算　達3.9兆美元

美國總統歐巴馬昨提出2015年度（今年10月開始）預算計劃，包括提高就業、教育及職訓計畫預算，並對收入較高的個人與企業徵收新稅（但收入較低者可望減稅），總金額高達3.9兆美元（約117兆元台幣）。

歐巴馬希望藉由這次的預算計劃，能推升就業成長、讓美國的企業更具競爭力，也讓美國財政赤字能夠逐年下降。歐巴馬說：「即使在復甦的過程中，太多美國人工時超過以往，亦僅能餬口，根本別說改善了。」（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
