土耳其國會上週通過一項法律修正案，進一步加強了對網路的監控。聯合國人權高級專員辦公室(OHCHR)對該法案有可能導致對言論自由權和隱私權的侵犯表示關注。 

根據聯合國新聞中心報導，人權高專辦(Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights，OHCHR)發言人科爾維爾(Rupert Colville)14日在日內瓦舉行的記者會上表示，土耳其國會6日通過了第6518號法案，這項法律修正案允許土耳其通信當局在沒有獲得法庭許可的情況下行政封網。......
