原在北市某補習班擔任老師的蕭姓男子，去年3度將班上1名國1女學生帶到補習班地下室親吻摸胸，甚至嘿咻，女學生父母得知後提告，蕭男竟辯稱：「是她向我告白被拒才報復，全是她在幻想！」

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，檢方查出，蕭男以男女朋友交往為由，將女學生帶到補習班地下室親吻、摸胸，最後進一步嘿咻得逞。女學生偷嘗禁果後告訴同學，家長獲知後提告，蕭男竟稱是：「是她向我告白被拒才報復，全都是她在幻想！」但因蕭男測謊未過，且女學生下體驗出撕裂傷，台北地檢署日前依對未滿14歲女子猥褻、性交罪起訴蕭男。（胡治言／綜合報導）
