強風豪雨 英溫莎街道成汪洋

>英國連日來受到暴風雨影響，頻頻傳出淹水災情，不但有路樹被風吹倒，連女王居住的溫莎地區，街道都被洪水淹沒，而美國則是因為北極渦旋南下，再度出現新一波大風雪，這也是半個月來的第2次，多個州政府都已經宣佈，進入緊急狀態。>>

受訪者話才說到一半，後面的大樹卻倒了下去，英國狂風暴雨下不停，各地都傳出嚴重災情，混濁又湍急，洪水淹過整條馬路，女王住的溫莎城堡附近，也難逃一劫，災民只能划著小船，在淹水的大街上勉強前進。

居民：「早上起來房間的地毯都溼透了，從地下室竄上來，真的非常可怕，而且又很暗，都停電了。」

受到往南移動的北極渦旋影響，美國東南部也下起了大風雪，超過2600個航班全部取消，許多州政府都宣布進入緊急狀態。CNN氣象主播：「亞特蘭大積雪10公分，上面這邊的紐約，可能會達到25公分。」

上星期才剛剛遭到暴雪襲擊，喬治亞州如臨大敵，就怕再出現像上次一樣大塞車的狀況，這次早就做好準備。亞特蘭大市長瑞德：「我們已經準備好需要的資源，也會聯邦政府合作，我相信結果會說話。」

上百輛工程車在停車場裡待命，碰上大停電，也能緊急供應電力，超市裡也出現搶購人潮，準備迎戰這波超級寒冬。
