戶政系統出包 朱立倫:事後親自送府

新北市長朱立倫今天上午到深坑、石碇戶政事務所視察，朱立倫要求若因系統出狀況，民眾無法當場辦妥，戶政人員應要有同理心，將補辦完成的証件親自送民眾家中。
