麵包與鞋底含同成份 Subway：不會再用

知名潛艇堡業者Subway於2012年遭爆產品的麵包裡添加化學物質「偶氮二甲醯胺」(azodicarbonamide)，此成份主要是添加在橡膠鞋底、瑜珈墊等產品中，讓它們變得更有彈性。經過美國消費者的多次連署請願後，Subway於美國時間6日宣布，「儘管美國食品藥物管理局(FDA)是核淮使用的」，但他們不會再使用此化學成份於麵包中。全文請連結新頭殼
